The wonderful Linen Shed B&B. I stayed there two years ago when I shot a wedding down in Whitstable and ended up going to a car boot on the Sunday with the owner Vickie. It was so lovely to this time take Pete to meet Vickie and her husband Graham.. and for Pete to experience the incredible breakfasts! The house is actually my dream house.. the layout, the kitchen.. THE PORCH!!! It is my absolute favourite place to stay and is soooo reasonable with prices from £95 a night..
Before we headed home we called in on one of our couples Sinead and Dan who have just had baby Logan.. gaaaaaah those cheeks! They were married two years ago now and having cuddles with Logan.. it was SO lovely to see the next chapter of their lives.. :)
Hmmmm.. more pancakes with breakfast and the most incredible wedding venue.. MC Motors in London..
Pete's birthday was on Sunday so instead of hurrying back from a wedding down in Whitstable we spent the afternoon walking on the beach.. eating olives and feta cheese and wandering around the town and the harbour.. we haven't had much opportunity to do this this season so it was just really nice to hang out with my birthday boy.. (the photo below he is super happy to have counted 15 skims)
I'm pretty much in love with all the services in Kent..
We're now about to head down to London for our two Welcome Home Workshops this week. We've packed the car to the brim (the only thing we're not bringing is Maximo) and we cannot wait to meet all the new homies. For some reason I feel a little more nervous about these two workshops than I have previously. I think this year I've definitely changed quite a bit both personally and as a photographer so I wanted the workshop to naturally grow with me. I've made a concious decision to give myself the space to not only give stuff this week but to be open to discovering a bit more about where I am right now too..
